Fab India Herbal Shampoo for daily use *Sulfate Free* *Paraben Free*

Slowly natural skincare brands are coming up with their sulfate free range which makes me really happy. I am sulfate free for ages now and I would like to have many options of shampoos to choose from. Recently I came to know that Fab India has launched their sulfate free and paraben free range ( finally !! ) on Shayoni's Blog and I had to try it. I am on my second bottle now, and this review is coming after one and half month of using it.

Packaging ~
Comes in a white sturdy flip cap open plastic bottle.

Texture is very thick and super creamy almost like a very heavy night cream. But keep in contact of heat or direct sunlight for too long, the shampoo turns a bit liquid as if it has melted. I was taking the pictures on a very sunny day and my shampoo bottle was lying in the heat ( around 40 degrees ) for around 10 mins. When I swatched it, it was quite runny. When I kept it inside my cupboard and used it the next day, the shampoo was back to its thick consistency. So definitely keep away from direct sunlight and heat.

Color and Fragrance ~
It has a pale creamy color almost opalescent finish. The fragrance by far the best the one in an sulfate free shampoo I have used till date. It smells lovely almost like a luxuriously scented talc if I am describing it well.

Price : Rs 450 for 250 ml
Available at all Fab India store

My experience ~

I always dilute my shampoo in water before using it. But this is a shampoo which you have to dilute because of its thick texture. This cleanses my hair and scalp thoroughly. Being sulfate free this removes lightweight oil ( Just Herbs Bhringraj oil ) from my hair completely in a single wash. I do need to go back for two or three washes when I have applied castor oil. I have an extremely sensitive, easily irritated scalp and this shampoo has not shown any signs of irritation to me. True to its claim that this conditions hair, it actually does. I do not use any conditioner and use only TBS Grapeseed Serum. Sometimes I do not feel the need to apply the serum also. The hair is frizz free, manageable, the little bit of tangle can be easily removed with brushing after the hair is completely dry. This does not make my hair dry at all. There is a lovely healthy sheen in my hair. I have not noticed any additional hair fall, in fact I think my hair is falling less during hair wash. The lovely scent does linger on from hair for a long time, I could sometimes smell it feebly the next day too.

I love everything about the shampoo and I am already on my second bottle. This is quite affordable and easily available at any Fab India store in most cities. If you are looking for an affordable really good sulfate free shampoo then this is it. If you are someone who is about to start on the sulfate free journey, you should consider this.
